This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the design of innovative fitness and health products that impact users' daily experiences. As a Lead Product Designer, you will translate high-level objectives into actionable UX strategies, drive user research, and create intuitive, effective, and engaging designs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, rapidly prototype solutions, and test them with users to ensure continuous improvement. The position provides exposure to both quantitative and qualitative research methods, modern UX tools, and AI-driven design workflows. You will influence product decisions, mentor team members, and help set design standards while contributing directly to product success. This is an environment for proactive, hands-on designers who thrive in collaborative, analytical, and high-impact roles.

Accountabilities:

· Lead UX research and design initiatives, uncovering user and customer needs through pilot programs and studies.

· Translate insights into actionable design solutions, building personas, user journeys, flows, and interactive prototypes.

· Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions with users and clients to validate design decisions.

· Apply an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to drive product success beyond individual tasks.

· Integrate new UX methods, tools, and AI-driven technologies into design workflows to enhance outcomes.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing clarity in ambiguous environments and ensuring alignment on design goals.
