Accountabilities

• Ensure quality of craft and design across all platforms, partners, and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members to define new business areas.
• Drive a human-centered design process from concept to launch.
• Innovate to meet new business and member needs, contributing to the overall design system.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of engagement patterns for casual entertainment experiences on mobile and TV.
• Proven track record of creating community-focused experiences.
• Experience collaborating with various teams on promotional strategies.
• Success in driving 0-1 initiatives forward.
• Strategic thinking with a compelling product vision.
• Ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
• Strong judgment in determining necessary work to advance business goals.
• Advocacy for user interests with courage to influence decisions.
• Skilled in fostering cross-functional collaboration.
