Lead UX/UI Designer

This role offers the chance to lead design for a cutting-edge, data-intensive B2B platform, transforming complex 3D and geospatial datasets into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work at the intersection of visual storytelling, interactive data visualization, and web-based interfaces, applying principles from game design to enhance usability and engagement. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you will advocate for design excellence while mentoring and guiding visual and interaction strategies. Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for a complex 3D, web-based platform, from concept and research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate large and intricate datasets into immersive, interactive visualizations that simplify user interaction.
• Conduct user research with B2B clients in civil engineering and geospatial domains to inform design decisions.
• Develop a visual-first design system including dashboards, modular UI components, and interactive maps.
• Apply gaming and interactive design principles to create engaging, responsive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of design with platform functionality.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered and visually clear solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in workflow, data visualization, and interactive design.
