You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create immersive courses, microlearning modules, simulations, and job aids that drive knowledge retention and business outcomes. Your work will impact learners globally, supporting skill development, product adoption, and organizational growth while leveraging technology to create interactive and accessible experiences.
• Apply instructional design theory, research, and best practices to create impactful training programs and workshops.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate content and ensure relevance across learning materials.
• Develop immersive and interactive learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia elements.
• Build assessments to measure learning outcomes and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and progress using project management tools such as Airtable and Asana.
• Adapt learning solutions for a global audience, considering cultural differences, localization, and accessibility standards.
