Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the customer journey in a fast-growing, community-driven digital environment. You will play a critical part in shaping how users engage, convert, and return, directly influencing growth and revenue outcomes. Operating in a highly entrepreneurial setting, you'll work hands-on to build, test, and optimize lifecycle strategies without layers of hierarchy. The position blends marketing, analytics, and storytelling, allowing you to connect user insights with impactful campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with leadership while driving experimentation and measurable improvements across the funnel. Accountabilities:

  • Own and optimize the full customer lifecycle, from initial signup through activation, retention, and advocacy
  • Build, launch, and continuously refine email marketing sequences across all funnel stages
  • Run ongoing A/B tests to improve activation rates, time-to-value, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify drop-off points in the user journey and implement data-driven solutions to address them
  • Engage and nurture a vibrant community by surfacing stories and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Curate and produce high-quality newsletters to strengthen engagement and brand connection
  • Develop and maintain growth dashboards, delivering regular performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Take responsibility for key revenue-driving metrics, including retention, session volume, and overall growth

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or retention marketing, ideally within a startup or marketplace environment
  • Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing initiatives, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
  • Solid analytical skills, including experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Experience designing and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics such as activation, retention, LTV, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and narratives
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
