Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Accountabilities:
- Own and optimize the full customer lifecycle, from initial signup through activation, retention, and advocacy
- Build, launch, and continuously refine email marketing sequences across all funnel stages
- Run ongoing A/B tests to improve activation rates, time-to-value, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Identify drop-off points in the user journey and implement data-driven solutions to address them
- Engage and nurture a vibrant community by surfacing stories and fostering meaningful interactions
- Curate and produce high-quality newsletters to strengthen engagement and brand connection
- Develop and maintain growth dashboards, delivering regular performance insights and actionable recommendations
- Take responsibility for key revenue-driving metrics, including retention, session volume, and overall growth
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or retention marketing, ideally within a startup or marketplace environment
- Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing initiatives, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
- Solid analytical skills, including experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Experience designing and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys
- Strong understanding of growth metrics such as activation, retention, LTV, and funnel optimization
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and narratives
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
