Accountabilities

• Lead financial performance of a major business unit with $27m+ under management
• Own the vision and strategy for the division, driving client outcomes
• Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives
• Manage a team of VP-level service line leaders and direct reports
• Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational objectives

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in managing agency operations with direct VP-level reports
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing practices
• Proven track record of top performance and transparency in past roles
• Willingness to travel monthly (1-2 trips per month) for client and team interactions
