Accountabilities:

  • Plan and execute peer-to-peer engagements and regional events to strengthen market awareness and support sales initiatives
  • Develop and localize marketing materials and campaigns across digital and print channels to maximize regional impact
  • Coordinate and deliver exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities in collaboration with international teams
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ensuring clear ROI measurement and continuous optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, training, and commercial goals
  • Identify growth opportunities through market insights, competitive analysis, and expansion into new segments or geographies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare environments
  • Proven experience executing downstream marketing strategies and supporting commercial success
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in complex environments
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%)
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
