Marketing Operations Manager

This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across marketing analytics and reporting functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will serve as a bridge between analytics, marketing, finance, and data engineering teams, ensuring insights are accurate, timely, and actionable. The position emphasizes operational leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement rather than purely hands-on analysis. You will maintain reporting pipelines, dashboards, and partner payout frameworks while supporting the broader analytics team to scale capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and excels at translating complex data into business-ready outputs that inform strategy and drive results.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between analytics and cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and data engineering
  • Translate business questions into well-scoped analytical projects and ensure insights are actionable
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, including dashboards, reporting cadences, data dictionaries, and process workflows
  • Oversee development and upkeep of dashboards and standardized reporting, collaborating with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable data
  • Manage partner payout rules and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, project syncs, and executive readouts, including preparation of materials and follow-through on action items
  • Identify gaps in reporting coverage or analytics workflows and propose scalable solutions
  • Support relationships with external data vendors and analytics platform providers, escalating and resolving issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or communications-adjacent discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics operations, analytics operations, or a related cross-functional business role
  • Experience with partner payout structures, cost accruals, or financial reconciliation in a marketing context preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance data flows
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau; SQL proficiency is a plus
