Marketing Operations Manager, Campaign Ops

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution and operational excellence of marketing campaigns across a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including setup, testing, delivery, and reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. You will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights. This role offers the opportunity to optimize marketing automation workflows, streamline processes, and scale campaign operations across multiple channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, has hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, and enjoys turning complex campaign strategies into flawless execution. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and impact of the marketing organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot), including email sends, nurture programs, and audience segmentation
  • Manage campaign setup, testing, quality assurance, and scheduling to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain data integrity across marketing automation and CRM systems, including list hygiene, enrichment updates, and field validation
  • Support lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and lifecycle updates, in collaboration with Revenue Operations
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
  • Partner with marketing teams to implement campaigns aligned with overall strategy and business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Define and manage lead lifecycle processes, routing logic, and sales handoff procedures

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS organizations, with hands-on campaign execution experience
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo) and familiarity with broader revenue tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper, RevSure, and project management tools such as Asana or Jira
  • Strong campaign execution skills, including QA, testing, scheduling, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in data management, including lead hygiene, enrichment workflows, and CRM accuracy
  • Reporting and analytics proficiency, with experience building dashboards and providing actionable insights
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
