Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

Accountabilities
You will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing marketing videos that support user acquisition goals across diverse digital channels. Your work will involve end-to-end ownership of video production, combining storytelling, editing, and performance optimization to maximize impact.
- Create high-performing video ads tailored for social platforms and other digital channels, focusing on engagement and conversion.
- Lead post-production workflows, ensuring visually strong, emotionally engaging, and performance-optimized outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative video and image models) to enhance creativity and speed up production cycles.
- Optimize video content across formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.
- Continuously iterate based on performance data, trends, and feedback loops to improve campaign results.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies while maintaining strong creative innovation and storytelling quality.
Requirements
You should bring solid experience in performance-driven video editing, combined with strong creative instincts and familiarity with modern AI-assisted production tools. The role requires both technical proficiency and a strong understanding of marketing effectiveness.
- 4+ years of experience in video editing, ideally within performance marketing or paid advertising environments.
- Strong command of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design for digital content.
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or similar generative platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS) and creative optimization principles.
- Familiarity with short-form, fast-paced advertising formats and digital creative trends.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-speed, iterative environment.
