In this role, you will drive meaningful business growth for independent eyecare practices by leading warm, consultative sales conversations with doctors and industry partners. Rather than cold calling, you will work with prospects already familiar with the brand through referrals, events, or educational sessions. You'll follow a proven process to uncover client needs, present tailored marketing solutions, and ensure a smooth handoff to client services for onboarding. Accountabilities

· Conduct structured sales conversations via Zoom with warm leads referred through events, content, or industry partners.

· Guide clients through a defined process: discovery, marketing needs analysis, and tailored plan presentation leading to close.

· Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, outcomes, and progress within the CRM system.

· Partner closely with client services to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.

· Build and nurture relationships with consultants, associations, buying groups, and industry reps to develop referral pipelines.

· Identify opportunities to expand market presence through thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.

· Contribute to shaping the future of sales processes and growth strategies as an early member of the sales team.
