This role is focused on driving the strategy, design, and implementation of critical business metrics that power data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will own the lifecycle of foundational data assets, translating business objectives into actionable data requirements and collaborating with technical teams to deliver accurate, reliable, and consistent key performance indicators (KPIs). The position involves working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring metric definitions, governance, and reporting align with strategic goals. You will also provide thought leadership on data standards, promote organizational data literacy, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is an opportunity to shape the organization's data landscape while having a direct impact on business performance in a fully flexible, high-collaboration environment.

Accountabilities:

• Define and govern core business metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
• Establish metric definitions, calculation methodologies, and data sources, maintaining comprehensive documentation and a centralized data dictionary.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with engineering and data teams to implement metrics and dashboards.
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of key metrics, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks for senior management.
• Communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making.
• Promote data literacy and organizational awareness of foundational data assets and their implications.
