This role sits at the intersection of advanced travel technology, solution architecture, and strategic business design within a global, AI-driven travel ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end solutions that solve complex industry challenges across airline distribution, retailing, and next-generation Offer-Order systems. Acting as a senior expert and advisor, you will collaborate with customers, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to design scalable, high-impact solutions. The position requires both deep functional expertise and strong technical understanding to translate business needs into innovative architectures. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives that modernize legacy travel systems into intelligent, cloud-native platforms. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-domain solutions while acting as a senior advisor across multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into scalable, technically robust architectures and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Design end-to-end solutions for complex travel technology problems across airline, distribution, and retailing ecosystems
• Lead and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives, including modernization from legacy systems to AI-driven Offer-Order models
• Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, strategic goals, and ROI-driven outcomes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, consulting, and sales teams to build compelling and feasible solution designs
• Review and support RFP responses and complex sales opportunities with structured solution proposals
• Drive process improvement initiatives and actively support AI adoption and innovation across solution design practices
• Mentor junior team members and provide expert guidance across multiple product domains
• Ensure integration and alignment across multiple systems and Sabre product suites

Requirements

This role requires a highly experienced solution design professional with deep expertise in travel technology and strong capability in enterprise architecture and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable working across complex systems and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in travel technology, ideally across airline, distribution, or retail systems
• Strong knowledge of PSS, Offer-Order, APIs, NDC, payments, loyalty, e-commerce, or related travel domains
• Proven experience designing and documenting complex, enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience leading large transformation or modernization programs end-to-end
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solution structuring skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, multi-stakeholder global environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
