This role sits at the heart of a high-impact pricing platform that determines how financial offers are generated and delivered at scale across multiple lending products. You will define and evolve the strategy for core systems that power eligibility, underwriting, pricing decisions, and offer selection. The environment is highly technical, data-driven, and deeply cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, machine learning, and product teams. You will be responsible for transforming a complex, mission-critical system into a scalable and modular platform. Your work will directly influence reliability, performance, and innovation velocity across multiple product lines. This is a strategic leadership role that balances long-term platform vision with immediate business needs, ensuring both stability and continuous evolution.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the definition and execution of the long-term vision for a scalable pricing platform, enabling consistent and reusable capabilities across multiple product lines and financial offerings.
• Drive the evolution of complex pricing infrastructure into modular, service-oriented systems that improve engineering velocity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, and product teams to design, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support pricing, eligibility, and offer generation.
• Own platform reliability and quality by identifying risks, improving system stability, and preventing failures in mission-critical pricing workflows.
• Balance short-term business priorities with long-term architectural investments, making clear, data-driven tradeoffs across competing stakeholder needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform primitives, streamline dependencies, and unlock faster product development across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical platforms, infrastructure systems, or backend-heavy environments.
• Strong background working with engineering teams on large-scale, distributed, or complex systems.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, shape technical roadmaps, and drive execution in data- and engineering-intensive domains.
• Experience in pricing systems, marketplaces, ads platforms, or other optimization-driven environments is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning, data science, or analytics-informed product development is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex systems into clear product strategy and execution plans.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
