As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead a major product initiative with strategic and operational ownership, driving innovation and delivering measurable impact. You will define long-term strategy, set KPIs, and make critical product decisions while balancing day-to-day execution. This role requires a combination of visionary thinking and hands-on problem-solving, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. You will play a central role in shaping product direction, influencing company growth, and fostering a culture of high ownership and innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute long-term strategy for a core product, including business case development and investment planning.
- Own the market thesis, customer personas, and product insights to prioritize impactful features and initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering to guide product development, unblock critical issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and leadership teams to align on objectives and goals.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Lead product discovery, problem-solving, and execution with a strong focus on customer value and business impact.
