As a Principal Product Manager, Payments Platform, you will be responsible for shaping the future of scalable, secure, and innovative payment systems that support multiple product lines. This role requires strong technical expertise in payments architecture, the ability to bridge engineering and business priorities, and a deep focus on customer experience. You will lead efforts to enhance payment methods, expand bill pay solutions, and drive cross-platform standardization. With strategic vision and hands-on execution, you'll ensure the payments platform continues to meet the evolving needs of users, product teams, and business goals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with engineering to define and execute the vision and roadmap for the payments platform, aligning business goals with technical priorities and customer needs.
• Lead the design and optimization of services, tools, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, configurability, and ease of integration across product lines.
• Expand and standardize payment methods, including mobile wallets, while enhancing bill pay solutions.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct discovery, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and iterate solutions to improve performance, user experience, and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, and product) to establish pricing and GTM strategies for new payment features.
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving to deliver simple, customer-focused solutions.
