As a Principal Product Manager, you will take a leading role in driving product strategy, ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable customer and business outcomes. You'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, making critical prioritization decisions, and integrating customer insights with business objectives. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and executive teams. You'll mentor peers, advocate for best practices, and influence how product management evolves within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. With a strong emphasis on AI adoption, this position offers the opportunity to impact both internal workflows and customer-facing features at a pivotal growth stage.

Accountabilities:

• Define and enforce outcome-based criteria for roadmap initiatives, making tough prioritization calls when necessary.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Sales to align on customer-focused outcomes.

• Validate solutions early through prototypes, betas, or design partnerships.

• Establish and track KPIs to ensure delivered features meet intended results.

• Serve as a senior advocate for customers and partners, influencing product direction.

• Mentor and coach product managers to raise standards across the team.

• Partner with leadership to maintain roadmap discipline and avoid custom one-off solutions.

• Explore and integrate AI into product management practices and customer-facing features.
