The Product Design Director will shape the end-to-end customer experience across web, app, extension, and social touchpoints, ensuring cohesive, user-centric, and impactful experiences. You will manage a multidisciplinary design team, collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, and research partners to translate insights into actionable design solutions. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the design strategy across multiple platforms, aligning with business objectives and user needs.

• Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team across product and brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize opportunities, translate insights into design solutions, and ensure alignment with product and business goals.
• Guide design decisions that influence engagement, behavior, retention, and habit-forming product loops.
• Champion inclusive, accessible, and data-informed design practices.
• Oversee and evolve the design system to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
