Senior Product Designer - Remote

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our partner's products in the crypto space. As a member of the Onboarding team, you will tackle complex design challenges to enhance user access to an array of crypto products. With a strong focus on data, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to broaden the accessibility of crypto globally. Accountabilities

• Raise the industry standard by creating innovative designs that elevate the brand.
• Shape and develop the design language for various products.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to craft exceptional user experiences.
• Influence stakeholders to maintain high design quality standards.
• Take full ownership of your work, ensuring quality and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize customer insights to stay ahead of design trends.
• Participate actively in design reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in compliance-heavy industries with KYC processes.
• Strong UX and visual design skills with a user-centered approach.
• Data-informed decision-making skills, including experience with A/B testing.
• Ability to balance user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and effective communication skills.
• Ownership of high-impact projects while collaborating with teams.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles.
• Ability to confidently present and defend design choices.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and trading is a plus but not required.
