As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive, engaging experiences for a suite of digital tools that empower creative professionals to manage and grow their businesses. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to simplify complex workflows and ensure consistency across platforms. This role emphasizes user-centered design, hands-on problem solving, and continuous iteration, allowing you to directly impact how professionals and their clients interact with technology. You will participate in research, testing, and design system evolution while contributing to a collaborative, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver key product features from concept through implementation, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Advocate for the end user, translating insights from research and testing into actionable product solutions.
• Contribute to the development, scalability, and evolution of the internal design system.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and discovery efforts to gather insights and shape product direction.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Provide design assets to support marketing, customer engagement, and other teams as needed.
• Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support decision-making and communication.
