Product Manager Especialista I (Produtos de RH - Cultura Organizacional)
This role sits at the intersection of product management, people strategy, and digital platforms, focused on shaping and evolving the tools that drive organizational culture and employee engagement across a large and complex ecosystem. You will act as a strategic connector between HR (People) teams, internal product capabilities, and external SaaS platforms, ensuring that culture-related initiatives are effectively designed, delivered, and continuously improved. The position requires a strong product mindset, combining discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to transform employee needs into impactful solutions. You will lead the evolution of internal and third-party culture tools, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience. In a highly collaborative environment, you will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, UX, data, and engineering teams. The role also emphasizes influencing decision-making through insights, prioritization, and value-driven delivery. Accountabilities:
- Act as Product Manager for internal and external culture and engagement platforms, aligning People strategy with product capabilities and technical constraints.
- Lead discovery processes to identify employee, leadership, and business partner pain points, translating them into product opportunities and solutions.
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for culture tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategy.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on platform configuration, integration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders and external vendors, managing expectations, SLAs, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Apply agile methodologies (Kanban and others) to optimize workflows, experimentation cycles, and product delivery processes.
- Drive a product mindset across the People organization, promoting hypothesis-driven development, MVP thinking, and outcome-based prioritization.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to support decision-making and continuously improve culture-related products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management as a Product Manager.
- Experience working with data products, experimentation, and hypothesis validation to support decision-making.
- Strong ability to analyze data (quantitative and qualitative) and translate insights into product decisions (data-informed approach).
- Proven experience managing and implementing third-party SaaS platforms and B2B tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills across diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage complexity and changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong ability to influence, facilitate negotiations, and manage expectations in complex environments.
- Nice to have: experience in People Tech products, especially related to organizational culture.
- Nice to have: knowledge of supplier management, SLAs, contracts, and performance metrics (People Analytics).
- Nice to have: experience with OKR cycles and fluency in English for international vendor interaction.
