As a Product Manager II, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital products in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into actionable product features, ensuring that initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact. Accountabilities

· Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and user needs.

· Translate user and stakeholder requirements into well-defined features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to drive the development and delivery of digital products.

· Manage product lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on product strategy, trade-offs, and business value.

· Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges in a timely manner.

· Facilitate agile practices and mentor team members in agile principles and frameworks.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and product management practices.
