As a Product Manager, Payments, you will shape the strategy and execution of a global payments ecosystem that enables seamless, secure, and cost-effective transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize payment methods, reduce failures, and ensure compliance and security across all transactions. This role provides the opportunity to influence both short-term improvements and long-term strategic initiatives, impacting the overall customer experience and driving business growth. You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and finance teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on delivering high-value solutions. Your work will directly support a trusted, scalable payments platform that enhances the experience for both consumers and partners.

Accountabilities:

· Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the payments ecosystem.

· Manage relationships with global payment service providers and key financial partners.

· Identify and prioritize initiatives that improve conversion rates, reduce processing costs, and minimize payment failures.

· Ensure all payment experiences meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and reliability.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and finance teams to deliver seamless end-to-end payment experiences.

· Balance short-term product improvements with long-term technical and platform investments.

· Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
