Product Manager Pleno
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and evolve digital products within the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving product development in close collaboration with engineering, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with market needs. Acting as a key connector between business, technology, marketing, and sales, you will help define product direction through insights, experimentation, and performance metrics. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, a focus on growth, and the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions. You will play a central role in defining KPIs, improving user experience, and optimizing product performance across the customer lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative position within an international, fully remote setup where autonomy and ownership are strongly valued.
Accountabilities:
- You follow and support product development with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and market needs.
- You define, monitor, and analyze key product KPIs such as adoption, retention, engagement, churn, and overall business impact.
- You perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify opportunities and propose data-driven product improvements.
- You collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align product metrics with growth objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- You design and execute product growth and operational efficiency strategies within logistics and e-commerce contexts.
- You run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features and product changes.
Requirements:
- You have a completed degree in business, engineering, technology, or related fields.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or fast-scaling tech environments.
- You have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum, with experience working closely with development teams.
- You are highly skilled in defining and tracking product metrics such as funnels, cohorts, churn, and NPS.
- You have strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, or Looker is considered a strong plus.
- Certifications in product management, Agile, or data analytics, as well as experience in scale-up environments, are valued advantages.
