Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead product discovery and delivery efforts for hosting solutions, ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying product opportunities and defining solutions in partnership with Design, Engineering, and Business teams
• Analyzing user behavior and customer profiles using qualitative and quantitative data to improve product performance
• Defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals
• Writing and refining user stories, ensuring clear backlog definition and acceptance criteria
• Conducting market and competitor research to generate actionable product insights
• Tracking product metrics and performance indicators to ensure delivery of expected outcomes
• Facilitating workshops, customer journey mapping sessions, and ideation activities including prototyping

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in digital products, with hosting industry experience considered a strong plus
• Strong focus on outcomes, with ability to measure and optimize product impact
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering and Design teams
• Experience working in agile development environments and iterative product delivery
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making (quantitative and qualitative)
• Advanced English proficiency for communication in a global environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
