We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to drive the growth and adoption of wealth-related products, including investments, pensions, savings, and insurance. In this role, you will shape go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and act as the voice of the customer to inform product and business decisions. You will collaborate closely with product, design, research, and marketing teams to ensure impactful launches and meaningful customer engagement. This position offers a hybrid or fully remote environment, providing flexibility while allowing you to contribute strategically to innovative products that make financial management simple and accessible.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-market strategies for new wealth products and feature launches.
• Shape product strategy by leveraging market insights, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Craft clear and differentiated messaging, testing and refining positioning to maximize customer engagement and adoption.
• Champion the voice of the customer through research, personas, buyer journeys, and actionable insights that influence product decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, design, operations, and marketing, to deliver high-quality launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure messaging aligns with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and market trends, proactively adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
