Product Marketing Manager

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and market strategy, with a strong focus on shaping how a fast-growing developer platform expands into the enterprise space. You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with both developers and executive buyers. Operating in a highly technical and AI-driven environment, you will build and scale enterprise go-to-market initiatives, competitive intelligence systems, and sales enablement programs. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence positioning, roadmap decisions, and revenue growth. You will also leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, content creation, and market analysis. This is a high-impact opportunity to define enterprise messaging and help transform a developer-first product into an enterprise standard. The environment is remote-first, fast-moving, and deeply technical.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and own enterprise positioning and messaging, defining how the product competes in evaluations against incumbents and alternative platforms.
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence systems including battle cards, win/loss analysis, feature comparisons, and objection-handling resources.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, ROI frameworks, technical briefs, case studies, and enterprise-focused collateral.
  • Design and execute enterprise GTM strategies aligned with complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys and procurement cycles.
  • Leverage AI tools and coding utilities to automate competitive tracking, market research, and deal intelligence workflows.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify customer objections, market gaps, and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover insights that shape positioning, product direction, and enterprise adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product and leadership teams to inform roadmap priorities and support pricing and packaging decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology companies.
  • Proven experience building enterprise GTM strategies, sales enablement programs, and competitive intelligence functions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and developer-to-executive influence paths.
  • Hands-on ability to create positioning, messaging frameworks, and high-impact marketing and sales assets from scratch.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand infrastructure, databases, and developer workflows at a meaningful depth.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research automation, competitive analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to write scripts or lightweight code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to support marketing operations and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and highly autonomous environment.
  • Experience in developer tools, open source, or product-led growth environments is highly preferred.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work with global flexibility and asynchronous collaboration.
  • Equity participation (ESOP) allowing you to share in company growth.
  • Technology allowance to build your ideal remote work setup.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including support for dependents.
  • Annual company off-sites for in-person collaboration and connection.
  • Flexible working model with autonomy over schedule and delivery.
  • Annual learning and development budget for courses, conferences, and professional growth opportunities.
