Product Marketing Manager - AI

Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the positioning, adoption, and go-to-market success of AI-driven data solutions, ensuring strong alignment between product innovation and market demand.
- Drive AI product adoption by designing and executing programs that increase customer conversion and usage of AI capabilities
- Define and own the market narrative for AI-powered PostgreSQL solutions, positioning them as a leading choice for enterprise AI workloads
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for AI product launches, including messaging frameworks, campaigns, and cross-functional coordination
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI personas, use cases, and evolving enterprise requirements for AI-driven applications
- Partner closely with sales and field teams to develop enablement materials, playbooks, and competitive messaging
- Use data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize adoption strategies
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise in enterprise technology, combined with the ability to simplify complex AI and data concepts into compelling narratives.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or similar roles within enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for technical and business audiences
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and refine strategies based on performance insights
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive-level communication ability
- Strong understanding of AI, analytics, or data infrastructure ecosystems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, open-source technologies, or competitive AI/data platforms is a strong advantage
- Experience launching products in fast-moving or emerging technology markets
