This is a high-impact product role at the intersection of applied AI, automation, and large-scale user experience design. You will lead the vision and execution of agentic AI systems that power real-time customer interactions across high-volume digital journeys. Embedded within a fast-paced product and engineering environment, you will shape how LLMs, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop systems work together in production. Your work will directly influence automation rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across millions of interactions. You will partner closely with engineering teams to define how AI systems are designed, evaluated, and continuously improved. Accountabilities

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for agentic AI systems, translating business goals into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, data, and operations teams.

• Lead the design and execution of AI agent workflows that automate complex customer-facing and internal processes
• Define product requirements for LLM-based systems, including prompts, tools, APIs, and orchestration layers
• Collaborate with engineering to build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and performance monitoring systems
• Drive experimentation to improve accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction of AI-driven experiences
• Translate user needs and business requirements into clear technical and product specifications
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of AI capabilities

Requirements

You bring strong experience in product management or consulting within fast-paced, technology-driven environments, with a deep interest in AI systems and automation. You are comfortable working at both strategic and technical levels, bridging business goals with engineering execution.

• 4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or technical product roles in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI/ML product architectures
• Experience working with engineering teams on API-based products and system design tradeoffs
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and an ability to validate hypotheses using data
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to ship scalable, production-grade products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
