Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee the development and growth of an AI-driven product while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and delivering measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Identify product growth opportunities through market analysis, product metrics, and user insights.
• Formulate product hypotheses and translate them into a structured product roadmap.
• Define product requirements and manage their implementation with development teams.
• Oversee the delivery process, ensuring product features are developed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Analyze results of experiments and product initiatives to validate hypotheses and guide future improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and analysts to align on product objectives.
• Contribute to the operational management and continuous improvement of product-related processes and workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with analytical thinking and experience working with data-driven product development. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Proven ability to formulate product hypotheses and define clear requirements for implementation.
• Experience managing or collaborating closely with development teams in agile environments.
• Strong skills in validating product experiments and interpreting results using data and metrics.
• Experience conducting product research, including both quantitative analysis and qualitative user insights.
