As a key member of our Customer Experience division, you will join an international team of over 1,000 professionals and digital nomads dedicated to redefining global social discovery. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to impact millions of users across 150 countries by identifying growth opportunities and resolving product bottlenecks within a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will bridge the gap between creative ideas and technical execution, driving hypotheses into production with speed and efficiency. By owning the delivery lifecycle and analyzing experiment results, your work will directly transform virtual intimacy into a seamless, high-quality user experience. Accountabilities:

• Growth Identification: Proactively identify product bottlenecks and potential growth points by leveraging comprehensive data analysis, user research, and strategic intuition.
• Hypothesis Development: Formulate clear, testable product hypotheses and define precise success metrics to guide the development process.
• Execution Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and analysts to bring product ideas into production rapidly and efficiently.
• Delivery Management: Take full ownership of requirements, prioritization, and project timelines to ensure smooth, predictable, and high-quality delivery.
• Optimization & Scaling: Analyze experiment results and core product metrics to determine success, using those insights to iterate, optimize, and scale effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Analytical Foundation: Proven ability to understand complex product metrics and a track record of identifying tangible growth opportunities through data.
• Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in formulating structured hypotheses, defining detailed technical requirements, and validating results through rigorous experimentation.
• Research Expertise: Comfort and experience with both qualitative and quantitative product research methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive delivery by working effectively with designers, analysts, and engineering teams.
• Execution Mindset: A proactive approach to driving the product lifecycle from initial idea to final production in a fast-paced environment.
