As a Product Owner II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and evolution of web and mobile applications. You will manage product backlogs, define user stories, and collaborate closely with agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including maintaining product roadmaps, performing market research, and producing insightful metrics. You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives. Accountabilities

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, translating requirements into actionable user stories.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, development teams, and client support to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform market and competitive research to inform product strategy.
• Develop and manage metrics dashboards using Agile, Jira, Excel, or Power BI.
• Support the Product Center of Excellence by managing targeted projects and associated metrics.
• Maintain internal systems of record to ensure accurate product documentation.
