Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business process owners and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and define business requirements.
• Support the design and documentation of global process flows and complex workflows.
• Create features and user stories to guide configuration, development, and implementation of back-office solutions.
• Understand and articulate multiple system integrations and dependencies to ensure seamless operations.
• Validate proposed solutions and participate in testing support, providing feedback on test plans, cases, and results.
• Prioritize the feature backlog and work with development teams to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.
• Identify change impacts and work proactively to mitigate risks during solution deployment.
