Accountabilities:

• Drive execution of key product and organizational initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate project lifecycles, including planning, tracking, documentation, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows and help design scalable process improvements.
• Maintain project timelines, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.
• Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs, project progress, and operational performance metrics.
• Produce clear and concise reports and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
• Own governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge systems.
• Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, adapting Agile and Lean practices to a remote-first environment.
• Facilitate communication across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.
• Contribute to operational excellence by proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely resolution of blockers.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or junior project management roles in fast-paced environments such as fintech, tech, or startups.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex updates for diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution in all deliverables.
• Comfortable working in remote, distributed, and fast-changing environments.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive initiatives independently.
• Familiarity or strong interest in fintech, digital banking, or crypto-related environments is a plus.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay structured under pressure.
