As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering next-generation manufacturing software solutions to clients, guiding them from process mapping through implementation and adoption. You will collaborate closely with customers, understanding their workflows and translating them into the platform while providing expert training and support. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, analyzing complex manufacturing processes, and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the software. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to translate customer insights into product improvements and assist with testing and demos. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and capable of navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on client success. This is a remote-friendly position with occasional travel to engage with customers and partners.
· Serve as a customer-facing technical resource, guiding clients through implementation and process mapping.
· Analyze and configure existing workflows into the platform, identifying and addressing gaps as needed.
· Collaborate with process owners to understand user needs and provide solutions.
· Deliver role-based training and support to ensure clients can effectively use the system.
· Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions as required.
· Test and validate software iterations, contributing to product quality and usability.
· Communicate project updates proactively and translate client use cases into actionable insights for internal teams.
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform client recommendations and product enhancements.
