Remote Technical Product Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Remote Technical Product Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be essential in coordinating and facilitating complex orders for Business Class customers from point of sale through installation. Your specialized knowledge will not only support your efforts but will also serve as a resource for your colleagues. The position demands proficiency in managing strategic accounts, collaborating with technical support teams, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. You will work cross-functionally and be a key player in identifying areas for process improvement, helping to optimize our service delivery.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure order coordination, verification, and corrections meet service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders accurately.
  • Assist in the introductory processes for new products.
  • Manage strategic accounts effectively.
  • Work with technical support teams on escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Provide support for advanced voice and data services across various market channels.
  • Meet productivity and quality metrics as defined in scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance of contracts and validate service accuracy with customers.
  • Act as the primary interface with customer IT and technical personnel.
  • Utilize multiple systems for order tracking and monitoring.
  • Interface with departments to facilitate proper order flow.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Provide advanced support for multi-location customers.
  • Maintain regular attendance and flexibility in work schedules.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of advanced product support experience.
  • Experience with business services and enterprise-level support.
  • Strong business and communication skills.
  • Proficient in customer experience management.
  • Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize technical systems.
