Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, particularly in mobile apps.
• Proven ability to lead design direction for complex areas.
• Strong UX and visual design skills.
• Advanced prototyping skills.
• Experience influencing product strategy at team or organizational level.
• Strong systems thinking and design systems experience.
• Mentoring capability to elevate other designers.
• Data-informed mindset balancing user needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
