Accountabilities

• Overhaul existing customer communications including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to develop trust and engagement.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and build brand loyalty.
• Define the brand's personality and voice across all channels.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer messaging and enhance the brand experience.
• Develop strategies for organic GTM launches and manage social media presence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on copy and customer communications.
• Proven success with email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative capabilities.
• Excellent copywriting skills that make complex topics accessible.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage ambiguity.
