Sr. Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

Accountabilities

• Own email strategy across the funnel
• Build and optimize nurture programs across all product lines
• Translate demand gen priorities into high-performing email campaigns
• Integrate email deeply into ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
• Manage campaign builds, workflow creation, dynamic content, and automation logic in HubSpot
• Maintain clean segmentation and database hygiene in partnership with Marketing Operations
• Ensure deliverability, compliance, and operational excellence
• Report on engagement, segmentation performance, and pipeline influence
• Build and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap
• Partner with RevOps for accurate attribution and performance visibility

Requirements

• 3 – 5+ years of B2B or financial services email marketing experience
• Proven experience building and optimizing nurture programs in complex sales cycles
• Strong expertise in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting, automation)
• Experience supporting enterprise or target account marketing motions
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into optimization strategies
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenClaw)
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail
