Accountabilities

• Book qualified meetings using various outreach methods including email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Develop and manage appointment-setting systems such as workflows and outreach processes.
• Support Account Executives by enriching lead lists and crafting compelling outbound messages.
• Ensure robust calendar management including routing, rescheduling, and minimizing no-shows.
• Conduct continuous experiments to identify successful outreach angles and messaging.
• Track metrics to improve performance and maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
• Proven skills in booking meetings directly and utilizing sales systems effectively.
• Ability to work scrappily and demonstrate curiosity while taking actionable steps.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in email and social platforms.
• Comfortable with sales tools and CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo.
• Systems-oriented thinker who can navigate ambiguity in early-stage settings.
