Accountabilities

• Define and maintain the DACH marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Plan and execute German-language content and integrated campaigns.
• Lead the strategy for events in Europe, including webinars and trade shows.
• Manage external agencies and vendors ensuring quality and consistency.
• Measure marketing impact and continuously optimize strategies based on performance.

Requirements

• Native-level German speaker; fully bilingual in English.
• 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on regional programs.
• 3+ years managing marketing programs and external agencies.
• Experience in leading integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management and reporting.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and global teams.
