Marketing Campaigns Manager - Remote

This role will be critical in shaping how we communicate with our audience globally. You will leverage your marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns that resonate with target demographics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform business needs into impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency while managing the creative output of campaigns. Additionally, you will play a key role in evaluating the success of our marketing initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Work with cross-functional teams on marketing briefs and customer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver insight-driven strategies and plans, including audience definition and content development.
• Oversee creation of internal and external marketing content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build compelling storytelling for the brand across marketing campaigns and platforms.
• Optimize marketing processes to ensure timely production and implementation of campaign materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the marketing campaigns team, fostering engagement and performance development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
• 5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in marketing campaign strategy and execution.
• Preferred experience in biomedical/biotechnology industry.
• Proficient in marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience in organizing large-scale online/offline marketing events.
• Strong market insight, analytical abilities, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing capabilities.
