Accountabilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow market share for treatment planning software in the Americas.
• Define value propositions and messaging tailored to clinical and commercial audiences.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new features and releases of Eclipse.
• Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the commercial team.
• Develop campaigns targeting radiation oncology professionals and decision-makers.
• Analyze competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing within healthcare or medical technology, preferably in radiation oncology.
• Proven experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning System or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
