Accountabilities

• Conduct customer discovery and lead the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enhancing their experience.
• Design product suite strategies and guide them through market, customer, and business insights.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making abilities to enhance product development and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective go-to-market strategies and product marketing.
• Adapt to flexible working hours to engage with global teams effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a focus on customer needs.
• Strong domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modeling, or AI/machine learning.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable conclusions to inform product direction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is preferred.
