We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will take ownership of the member-facing product, driving engagement, retention, and health outcomes for countless members. By collaborating closely with diverse teams such as Engineering, Design, and Clinical, you will help deliver impactful product iterations. Your contributions will shape the consumer experience from onboarding to long-term retention, utilizing insights and data-driven strategies. Accountabilities

• Own the member experience product backlog, prioritizing and shipping improvements.
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation for enhanced engagement.
• Manage bug triage and ensure product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain product velocity and manage technical trade-offs.
• Translate stakeholder input into actionable product initiatives.
• Monitor member experience metrics like engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards for data visualization and insights.
• Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design experiments and present data-informed recommendations.
• Work with design teams to enhance UX with a member-first approach.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to align product changes with care processes.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations for seamless member experiences.
• Support user research and testing for future product developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success in improving engagement metrics in digital products.
• Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in SQL and product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Skilled in translating complexity into clear product documentation.
