We are currently looking for a Senior Data Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will spearhead the unification of disparate data systems to create innovative products that empower real estate agents. Your focus will be on leveraging MLS data and AI-driven methodologies to enhance the offerings available on our platform. Your contributions will directly affect over 18,000 businesses that rely on our data solutions, making you a critical player in reshaping the real estate landscape. You will lead a cross-functional team to innovate and execute a robust product strategy that promises to deliver high-impact results in a rapidly evolving market. Accountabilities

• Lead the convergence of agent-managed and MLS-sourced data onto a single architecture.
• Own the vision and delivery of the Listing Suite product.
• Partner with data engineering to define the unified data model.
• Define and ship AI-powered search capabilities.
• Deliver a prioritized data product roadmap within the first 60 days.
• Ship the first net-new data product within 4 months.
• Drive alignment across various departments without direct reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, focusing on data-intensive applications.
• Deep understanding of MLS data and real estate compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of launching data products with measurable impact.
• Experience in data architecture and schema design collaboration.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development.
• Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
