Senior Product Manager - Remote

In this role, you will align client needs with business interests and market demands while leading key initiatives within our product ecosystem. Your main focus will be on creating user experiences that impact the entire user base, requiring careful management of high-volume events and overall product experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to transform ideas into high-value solutions for customers, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Accountabilities

• Contribute to the product's strategic vision by setting objectives based on business interests and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for products within your squad, focusing on internal efficiency and user experience.
• Organize and prioritize team backlog, breaking larger initiatives into incremental deliveries while considering regulatory risks.
• Remove obstacles to deliver significant projects in coherent and high-value pieces.
• Create and maintain updated documentation in Jira and Confluence to ensure alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with design, software engineering, and data teams to define solutions that ensure security and traceability.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and orchestrate multiple data sources for optimized decision-making.
• Ensure all company areas are consulted regarding product changes and collaborate with fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
• Make data-driven decisions and track product metrics.
• Embrace continuous development and explore new methods.

Requirements

• Experience in authentication, authorization, fraud prevention, risks, or similar contexts.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Knowledge in data analysis and fundamental product metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying information clearly to different audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and basic knowledge in UX/UI.
