Accountabilities

• Define, maintain, and report on the DACH marketing strategy aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Plan and execute German-language content and integrated campaigns that resonate with DACH buyers.
• Lead events strategy, managing all aspects from budgeting to activation and reporting.
• Manage relationships and execution with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Continuously measure performance and optimize regional marketing programs based on insights.

Requirements

• Fluent in German with native-level proficiency, and fully bilingual in English.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on integrated marketing strategies.
• Minimum 3+ years managing marketing programs and external agency partnerships.
• Proven experience leading initiatives across various marketing channels.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including campaign management and reporting.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sales and global partners.
