Accountabilities

• Identify and define priority AI use cases that meet marketing needs.

• Serve as a strategic bridge between marketing teams and technical partners.
• Establish AI project governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Champion change management and promote the adoption of new workflows.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of emerging AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations with a focus on technology.
• Proven skills in process optimization and governance in complex organizations.
• Expertise in utilizing marketing technology stacks effectively.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
